These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ForgeAI website at forge.tagmeplease.com ("Website"), operated by ForgeAI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Services

ForgeAI sells digital products including AI prompt packs, templates, and bundles ("Products"). Products are delivered electronically as downloadable files immediately after purchase. We also provide free AI-powered tools ("Free Tools") accessible without purchase.

Product descriptions, including the number of prompts and categories included, are accurately represented on each product page. All Products are sold as-is at the time of purchase. We may update Products periodically but are not obligated to do so except for the All-Access Bundle, which includes future releases as stated.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement.

We accept major credit and debit cards as supported by Stripe. Your financial information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer the following refund policy:

  • Before download: If you have not downloaded your purchased Product, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • After download: Once a Product has been downloaded, refunds are not available. This is because digital products cannot be "returned."
  • Defective products: If a Product is materially different from what was described or is defective (e.g., corrupt file), contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.

To request a refund, email tagmeplease.com@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.

4. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for personal and commercial purposes. You may:

  • Use the prompts in your own work and client projects
  • Modify and customize the prompts for your needs
  • Use AI-generated outputs from the prompts commercially

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the prompt packs as standalone products
  • Include the raw prompt packs in products you sell
  • Claim the prompts as your original creation

5. Free Tools

Our Free Tools are provided "as-is" without any warranty. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content generated by our tools before use. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, and prompt templates, is the intellectual property of ForgeAI and is protected by applicable copyright laws. The Products you purchase are licensed, not sold.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from using our Products or Free Tools. AI outputs vary depending on the AI model used, input parameters, and other factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Website, Products, or Free Tools. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a purchase, please contact us first at tagmeplease.com@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve the dispute, it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
